Subject: No Makefile.PL, Changes.txt has wrong order, no tests
Hi, The module contains no tests. The order of the Changes.txt file is wrong. New releases should be on top. The Makefile.PL was renamed to Makefile.pl, which is wrong. Please also see this guide for making a good distribution: https://github.com/perlpunk/perl5-module-meta I stumbled over this while maintaining the perl module repository in SUSE Open Build Service.
