There is no Makefile.PL in the Geo::Coordinates::Converter::LV03 Version
0.03 CPAN dstribution.
Installation failed.
Installation worked with the Makefile.PL from
https://github.com/ReneNyffenegger/Geo-Coordinates-Converter-LV03
