I found Geo-TigerLine-0.03/lib/Geo/TigerLine/Record/Parser.pm in EZARKO/Geo-TigerLine-0.03.tar.gz Not sure why it is not indexed, I have scheduled a reindex run.

EZARKO does not have permissions. An older version was SDERLE/Geo-TigerLine-0.02.tar.gz but it has been deleted.

Thanks for trying and investigating. It's a shame because I want to try Geo::Coder::US which has dependancies on this module and seems to have been abandoned without being tagged as abandoned - at least that's how I understand it.
