Subject: Feed::Data::Stream lost its $VERSION
With current CPAN.pm, if configured to disallow module downgrades, it's not possible to build Feed-Data if an older version was already installed: ... LNATION/Feed-Data-0.07.tar.gz /usr/bin/make -- OK Testing/Installation stopped: allow_installing_module_downgrades: LNATION/Feed-Data-0.07.tar.gz (called for L/LN/LNATION/Feed-Data-0.07.tar.gz) contains downgrading module(s) (e.g. 'Feed/Data/Stream.pm' would downgrade installed '0.01' to 'undef') ...
