Dear All,
We are currently using Request Tracker 4.4.2.
We have successfully installed the AutomaticAssignment plugin and this option appears on the far right hand side as a menu option, when a queue is selected.
If we select the Automatic Assignment option I can select a filter and chooser, but when I select Save changes I get the following screen:
If we try to create a scrip called “On create Auto Assign” with the following options, we do not get the Auto Assign option on the Action Menu.
Please could you advise how we can resolve this?
