test failures

I am thinking of using Alien::PNG to supplement Image::PNG::Libpng (find or create libpng.a, instead of simply assuming that it exists), but I'm worried that the testers report failures for everything above Perl 5.16. Do you have any idea what's going on here? I haven't looked at the error logs, but is this something that you can fix, or can be safely ignored?

Hi Tobias, According to the Testers matrix, you're still getting a lot of Windows errors with Alien::PNG. If you don't have a Windows system to test on, you could send a test install package to me and I can try it and report back any errors (Windows 10, Strawberry Perl 5.26.1). I'm trying to convince the owner of Image::PNG::Libpng (a wrapper around libpng) to use Alien::PNG, but so far he's very reluctant. I hope you're keeping an eye on the Testers results. Windows is still failing to build. The error log says something about a missing parameter.

Well this version wont show up, in the common sense. You have to select it manually because it is a development release. I'll reupload as version 0.4 when no surprises show up on cpantesters.
