Subject: Template/Preprocessor/TTML.pm lost its version
CPAN.pm refuses to install the latest version of the distribution: Testing/Installation stopped: allow_installing_module_downgrades: SHLOMIF/Template-Preprocessor-TTML-0.0104.tar.gz (called for S/SH/SHLOMIF/Template-Preprocessor-TTML-0.0104.tar.gz) contains downgrading module(s) (e.g. 'Template/Preprocessor/TTML.pm' would downgrade installed '0.0103' to 'undef') Indeed, looking at https://metacpan.org/diff/file?target=SHLOMIF/Template-Preprocessor-TTML-0.0104/lib%2FTemplate%2FPreprocessor%2FTTML.pm&source=SHLOMIF%2FTemplate-Preprocessor-TTML-0.0103%2Flib%2FTemplate%2FPreprocessor%2FTTML.pm it seems that setting $VERSION was removed.
