Bug #132200 for Date-Calc: POD error on line 1761 and others, non-ASCII characters

There is a POD error on line 1761. The POD Renderer at https://metacpan.org/pod2html says... Non-ASCII character seen before =encoding in 'Français'. Assuming ISO8859-1 While the non-ASCII characters on lines 1761, 1763, and 1764 render fine in the browser, they do not render when reading the POD using perldoc on the command line. See the attached image. The same happens at the groups of lines at 2259, 2261, and 2262 and 2303, 2305, and 2306. They render fine in the browser but not when using perldoc. LA
