Subject: Minimum perl version too high?
Currently the minimum perl version seems to be 5.28.1, but I found no reasons why it is so. I suggest to remove the minimum version, and inspect CPAN Testers results later if there's really a reason for a minimum perl version.

You are right, I removed the perl version check completely in 0.02 -- ciao - Stefan

Indeed, 0.02 works even with perl 5.8.9 (my oldest smoker perl).
