Subject: meta version conflict
Test suite fails, probably with the latest Log::ger 0.037: ... Plugin 'Log::ger::Format::Flogger' (version 0.004) follows meta version 1 but Log::ger (version 0.037) (>0.032) requires meta version 2, please upgrade the plugin first at /home/cpansand/.cpan/build/2020031117/Log-ger-0.037-0/blib/lib/Log/ger/Util.pm line 242. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at t/01-basic.t line 9. t/01-basic.t ............. Dubious, test returned 255 (wstat 65280, 0xff00) No subtests run ... Other Log-ger-Format modules are also affected.

However, there seems to be a PAUSE indexing problem. Both CPAN.pm and MetaCPAN think that 0.004 is the latest version.
