Subject: Module::Build 0.4231 LICENSE file incorrect information
Date: Wed, 11 Mar 2020 15:20:22 -0500 (CDT)

From: Tim Mooney <Tim.Mooney [...] ndsu.edu>
Hi All! I tried to email a bug report to the module-build@perl.org address listed in Module-Build-0.4231/README, but the email bounced with Show quoted text
----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- <module-build@perl.org> (reason: 554 5.7.1 <module-build@perl.org>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied)
----- Transcript of session follows ----- ... while talking to perl.mx.develooper.com.:
>>> DATA
<<< 554 5.7.1 <module-build@perl.org>: Recipient address rejected: Access denied 554 5.0.0 Service unavailable <<< 554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients The problem I'm trying to report with Module::Build is with the LICENSE file it ships. Although the README file included with 0.4231 does indicate that Module::Build is available under the Artistic license, the actual LICENSE file that ships with Module::Build just says "FULLTEXT" (with no newline) as the entire file contents. It would be really handy, especially for people packaging Module::Build, if the LICENSE file had the correct license text in it. I'm not sure what happened there, but that mailing list indeed doesn't exist anymore. Show quoted text

That seems to have broken down in 0.36_15. Yet somehow it took almost 10 years for someone to notice this :-o Leon
