Hi All!
I tried to email a bug report to the module-build@perl.org address
listed in Module-Build-0.4231/README, but the email bounced with

<module-build@perl.org>
(reason: 554 5.7.1 <module-build@perl.org>: Recipient address rejected:

<<< 554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients
The problem I'm trying to report with Module::Build is with the
LICENSE file it ships.
Although the README file included with 0.4231 does indicate that
Module::Build is available under the Artistic license, the actual
LICENSE file that ships with Module::Build just says "FULLTEXT" (with
no newline) as the entire file contents.
It would be really handy, especially for people packaging Module::Build,
if the LICENSE file had the correct license text in it.
Thanks,
Tim
