Subject: Please use "make dist" (0.22)
See https://metacpan.org/source/MTHURN/Net-Ifconfig-Wrapper-0.22 --- it seems that older versions of the distribution (both directory and tarball) are bundled. Best is to use "make dist" and a proper MANIFEST to create the tarball. Or maybe, if you use dzil, there's a buggy component causing this problem.
