Hi,
issue 45011 <https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=45011> is still
open (since 2009), and that means that CGI::Simple CANNOT be used on a
web site that requires file upload, because it does not support
filenames contaning non-ASCII characters.
Any plan to fix it in the future or should I keep sticking with CGI.pm
for file uploads?
Or is there any undocumented workaround?
