124381: Lifecycle UI - Lifecycles Marked as "Hidden"/GUI Not Working is the same issue as mine, except I can't even get the Interface to come up. I have a very customized LifeCycle already in the RTIR Instance I am running. Lifecycles is selectable, and I get the screen with the Hidden lifecycles, but none of them work. When I try and create a new lifecycle, I get the attached in the yellow box at top of screen. Thanks, Jeff

Hi Jeff, Based on this: failed: Internal Error: Couldn't execute the query 'INSERT INTO RTxDatabaseSettings (Name, ContentType, Content, LastUpdated, Creator, LastUpdatedBy, Created) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?)'Table 'rt4.RTxDatabaseSettings' doesn't exist it looks like the 'make initdb' step may not have been run during installation, so the new table isn't there.
