PmWiki's inline style rules for big, small, sup, and sub elements are missing opening and closing apostrophes. These elements should be converted to:

'-small-'
'^superscript^'
'_subscript_'
The current code produces the incorrect markup:

-small-
^superscript^
_subscript_
