Hi, Searching all databases for number of records for some tax_id like: https://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gquery?term=txid1111766%5BOrganism%3Aexp%5D or https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/search/all/?term=txid1111766%5BOrganism%3Aexp%5D show that Assembly database contains 1 record. Same gquery URL as above, with retmode=xml, doesn't return assembly database record: https://eutils.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gquery?term=txid1111766%5BOrganism%3Aexp%5D&retmode=xml Best Regards, Ante Turudic
