Ah colleague gave me the tip that it's actually there: https://metacpan.org/release/RIBASUSHI/DBIx-Class-Manual-SQLHackers-1.3 But for some reason, it's not indexed.

Yeah, it's been a longstanding issue with metacpan. Previously one could see it on search.cpan.org, but now that the site is gone: so is effectively the dist. https://github.com/metacpan/metacpan-web/issues?q=sqlhackers I do not have time (nor the inclination) to try implementing the proposed workarounds. Ask the text author and/or metacpan-folk, perhaps there's something to be done there. In the meantime closing this ticket, as there's nothing actionable DBIC could do :(
