Subject: Y2K bug in timelocal exposed in 2020
There's a good write-up of exactly what the bug is here <https://pandorafms.com/blog/2020-perl/>. It would probably be worth having patchperl do something about it, either patch the test to just make it pass regardless, or better, have it patch the Time::Local that is bundled in core to be version 1.27, which contains a fix.

Devel::PatchPerl, with the release of 1.90, will patch Time::Local to resolve this issue all the way back to v5.8.7 Many thanks.
Forgot to resolve the ticket. Doh.
