Subject: module should consider the distinct possibility that at least one vehicle will be manufactured in the year 2020
Currently $vv->get('year') will never return a year after 2019. While it's possible that the global automobile industry will see a massive downturn in the next few weeks, resulting in mass factory closures and no vehicles being manufactured next year, this seems unlikely according to current economic forecasts, so this module should be updated to allow for the possibility that cars will be manufactured next year.
