Subject: Undeclared dependency POE
The test suite seems to fail if POE is not installed. Sample report: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/906690ce-f6e0-11e9-a00d-7d02fcedce4e So probably either POE should be declared as a (test?) dependency, or the tests should be skipped if this dependency is not met.
