Subject: Tags from FLAC files have non-ASCII characters stripped
When scanning tags from a FLAC file, non-ASCII characters seem to be stripped. A workaround is to use Audio::FLAC::Header instead, but it would be better if Audio::Scan were fixed! I have 0.99 on my Ubuntu 18.04 system, but I can't see any changes in this area in more recent versions.
