Subject: profile_checking.t test broken by SIG{DIE}=\&confess
perl 5.8.6, Data-FormValidator-4.00_01 profile_checking.t fails. looks like the cause is the $SIG{__DIE__}=\&confess line in Constraints.pm. should be trivial to fix.

I have fixed this in a local copy and the update will appear in the next release. Stalling ticket pending release. Mark
