Subject: Source of tests "Stolen from ChrisDolan on use.perl.org"
Two test cases, ./xt/99-versions.t and ./xt/meta-lint.t, contain the following notice: # Stolen from ChrisDolan on use.perl.org # http://use.perl.org/comments.pl?sid=29264&cid=44309 Please provide more detailed information concerning the copyright of the source to show that it complies with free software guidelines, namely, the Perl license. The link to use.perl.org is dead and cannot be found in Internet Archive.
What beyond the included LICENSE file would help you clarify the license?

A more detailed explanation of the word "stolen". As the site on use.perl.org is down, it's difficult to check whether this "stolen" refers to taking the code against its author's will (as is implied by the word "stolen"), or just implementing the gist of Chris's idea.
The source code of the tests is covered by the LICENSE file as well. They are redistributable under the same license. I'm quite sure the software was not stolen from ChrisDolan as they still have it. The original code was posted by Chris Dolan and is under the same license. Thanks for making me think of the licenses and where they apply!
OK, thanks for the clarification.
