Since the API is no longer there this module will be mothballed. We could run the tests against our dummy server, but that is implemented based on HTTP::Server::Brick, which also seems to be abandoned so we port that to Dancer2.

We can run the 100% covered tests in Linux, Windows doesn't run the server.
