Subject: strawberry-perl-5.30.0.1-64bit.msi -- 'perl -d ' problem --

From: "Townsend, Paul" <aab [...] purdue.edu>
I just installed strawberry-perl-5.30.0.1-64bit.msi and attempted to run a debug session (see attachment) with no script specified and the debug module screamed a bit. I usually (on *nix OSs) specify /dev/null but Window does not have it. It does have nul however. Unfortunately, strawberry-perl considers both of them as real file references. Question: does strawberry-perl handle references to /dev/null properly? I note (via grep -r /dev/null) that there are a bunch of references to it. -- Thanks, -- Paul Townsend
