Subject: An undeclared run-time dependency on Data::Dumper
lib/IO/Pager/Perl.pm does "use Data::Dumper;". A dependency on Data::Dumper should be added to the metadata.

*sigh* Data::Dumper is core, and while that library technically "uses" it, it's not fundamental to it's operation, nor is that chunk of code fully ready for use... I didn't realize it was accessible in this release, which was merely meant to address some long-standing minor annoyances. I suppose I can release a patch to mask access to IO::Pager::Perl later today.
