Subject: Artistic license is not free
The README file reads: This software may be copied and distributed under the terms found in the Perl "Artistic License". A copy of the "Artistic License" may be found in the standard Perl distribution. Some people do not consider the Artistic license free enough ({https://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#ArtisticLicense>, <https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing:Main#Bad_Licenses>. Could please consider changing the license? E.g. to the standard Perl dual-license <https://dev.perl.org/licenses/>: This library is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the same terms as Perl itself.
"not free enough". so, essentially, you're haggling over the "price" of free software. you're funny.
