Hi PPM in strawberry perl seems not working properly. C:\strawberry-perl-5.26-32bit>ppm search PGPLOT Packages available from http://www.sisyphusion.tk/ppm: PGPLOT [2.21_02] Perl interface to the pgplot library C:\strawberry-perl-5.26-32bit>ppm install PGPLOT Installing package 'PGPLOT'... usage: Win32::IsWinNT() at C:/strawberry-perl-5.26-32bit/perl/vendor/lib/PPM.pm line 266. I've tested 5.26 and 5.28.

I noticed a similar problem with PPM install command. In my case the problem seems to related to changes in Win32 version 0.53. Version 0.53 comes with Strawberry Perl 5.30.1.1 which is the version where it was noticed. Version 5.30.0.1 and earlier worked with with ppm install Did you upgrade Win32 module that comes with Strawberry? For more, please see this Github issue.
