Subject: Uses deprecated module Test::Block
Test::Block is deprecated (see https://metacpan.org/pod/Test::Block#NAME ) and does not build anymore for perl 5.24 and newer (see http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Test-Block+0.13 ), so probably it would be a good idea to not use this module for testing anymore.
