Hello, I have a brand new Windows 10 64bit installation and when I install Strawberry Perl, CPAN refuses to work. I've tried 5.22.3 (both 32 and 64bit) and the latest 5.30.0.1 (both 32 and 64bit) and no matter what I try to install or upgrade in CPAN, this is what I see: Creating database file ...
