Dear maintainers of Strawberry Perl, SP 5.28.2.1 comes with version 1.23 of ExtUtils::F77, which leads to a compilation error when building PDL: https://github.com/PDLPorters/pdl/issues/265 It is solved by downgrading ExtUtils::F77 to version 1.22. Best regards, Simon

You are right. Please try Strawberry Perl  PDL edition which contains patched and working version of ExtUtils::F77
