Dear G. Wade Johnson, as Device::USB is deprecated I think that it would be a good thing to add a link to the new library USB::LibUSB [1]. Many users who search for "usb perl" will still be directed to the Device::USB site. Unlike Device::USB it targets the libusb-1.0 API.
