Subject: Please document the value assigned to the percentage
Comparing these strings: 103 Milton Rd, Margate, Kent, England 103 Milton Road, Margate, Kent, England Gives a 59% similarity. How is that value arrived at? It seems low for two strings which to my eyes only differ in the addition of the letters 'o' and 'a' next to each other.
