Subject: Please consider FFI::Platypus instead of FFI::Raw
FFI::Raw is no longer actively developed. The maintainer has in the past been helpful in merging PRs and doing releases, but the most recent work on the module was done by myself years ago, and I no longer work on it because Platypus is faster and in my (admittedly subjective) opinion Platypus is much better. Platypus has many more reverse dependencies on CPAN, and few dependencies on a recent Perl if you already have libffi installed. It would be great if Strawberry came bundled a modern, FFI for Perl that is under active development, and tested regularly in CI with Strawberry Perl.
