Subject: t/07functions.t fails (with older XML::SAX::Writer?)
On somer of my smoker the test suite fails: ... t/07functions.t ....... Failed 1/131 subtests ... Statistical analysis suggests that this happens if older XML::SAX::Writer is installed --- it fails with 0.56 and passes with 0.57.

In fact, the test failed for a reason. There was a change in the behaviour of the Writer. Previously, setting the Output to "-" meant *STDOUT, in the last version, it means "./-". XML::XSH2 used "-", I removed the usage from the code and switched to undef. See 2.2.3.
