This is similar to bug #128649 but on macOS. In my special case, I have an
.app bundle with Tcl/Tk frameworks inside. Tcl.pm points to these
frameworks. I can put my .app wherever I want and it works fine except if
the path to TCL contains a whitespace.
This should be addressed as it is quite a tricky fail to spot if you are
not aware of it.
