The description of Authen::Passphrase::RejectAll says "An object of this class is a passphrase recogniser that accepts any passphrase whatsoever." -- this looks like an erroneous copy-paste from Authen::Passphrase::AcceptAll. It should be "...that accepts no passphrase whatsoever."
