Hi, I have configured the custom fields for the mandatoryontransition plugin in RT_SiteConfig.pm file. I think the customfieldOnupdate plugin and mandatoryOnTransition plugin are overrided so what are the customfields configured on the mandatoryontransition plugin coming two times.But the functionality is working fine. Please do the needful. Thanks Kuttalingam
