Subject: Test suite really fails
Hello, I just tested the latest release of Net::Packet and saw that once the adequate environment variables are set, the test suite still fails, even when run as root. Concerning this point, you may be interested in a quite clean and portable way to check whether to skip or not a test script that require administrative privileges to open the network device.
