I don't know if this has been fixed or not,
but it doesn't seem to have been reported here via RT
The distribution

has been tested with CPAN::YACSmoke 0.0206
http://www.nntp.perl.org/group/perl.cpan.testers/184797
and given a PASS grade, even though reaper doesn't have any tests
That grade should've been UNKNOWN. I apologize If this has been fixed.
