On a few of my smokers the test suite fails:

Failed 2/13 subtests

The two failing reports were generated with perls compiled with increased floating point accuracy (-Duselongdouble). On http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Astro-WCS-LibWCS%200.94;reports=1 these perls appear with a "-ld" suffix in the archname column.
