Subject: t/01test.t started to fail
The test suite started to fail: http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=HTTP-ProxyAutoConfig%200.3;reports=1#sl=7,1 Looking at a sample fail report ( http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/a1473848-53d0-11e9-9c3b-9b619c6eac7c ) I see the words "404 Not", so probably an external HTTP resource required for the tests is not available anymore.
