Subject: Test suite fails on some systems
See subject. A sample fail report on CPAN Testers: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/e6817ee2-fc2e-11e6-b102-db62e64087bd Statistical analysis does not say anything about possible reasons. My observation is that the problem seems to happen only on linux systems: http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Usergrid-Client+0.22 (There are also frequent failures on openbsd systems visible here, but this seems to be another issue, related to server errors)

Actually it seems to fail if a random (http) server is running on port 8080. If nothing is running on port 8080, then the test suite is effectively skipped, and does not generate a failure.
