Pass reports for LWPx::TimedHTTP are currently very rare (see http://matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=LWPx-TimedHTTP%201.8;reports=1#sl=7,1 ), which means that it's almost not possible to build this distribution. I am not sure if LWPx::TimedHTTP is a hard requirement, or if there's an alternative to that module.
