I see the following test failure on my smokers:

# at t/simple.t line 36.
# 'webmaroon'
# doesn't match '(?^:dark ?red)'
# Failed test 'red and blue is magenta'
# at t/simple.t line 44.
# got: 'fuchsia'
# expected: 'magenta'
# Failed test 'green and blue is cyan'
# at t/simple.t line 54.
# got: 'aqua'
# expected: 'cyan'
... (etc) ...
This seems to happen with newer Graphics::ColorNames. Statistical analysis:
