Subject: [WISHLIST] Use Pod::Readme for create_readme option
If you use Pod::Readme instead of vanilla pod2text when users specify the "create_readme" option in Build.PL, it users who are find with the standard pod2text behaviour will not be affected. But users hwo use the special pod2readme formatting will benefit in that they do not need to manually generate a README before creating a distribution.
