Automatic module installation fails if Date::Calc is not installed: ... Output from '/usr/local/bin/perl Makefile.PL': Date::Calc required at Makefile.PL line 6. ... This can be fixed by specifying Date::Calc as a configure_requires dependency in the META.* files.
