Subject: Test suite started to fail
Since some days the test suite fails, see http://fast-matrix.cpantesters.org/?dist=Bib-CrossRef%200.10;reports=1#sl=7,1 Maybe an external website changed? There are some pass reports in between, but it seems that this happens only if the network tests are effectively skipped, which is the case if LWP::Protocol::https is not installed.
