Subject: Replace dependency on Crypt::SSLeay with IO::Socket::SSL?
Crypt::SSLeay does not build anymore on newer Linux and BSD systems, see https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=116663 Net-DNS-DynDNS still specifies a dependency on Crypt::SSLeay. I think this dependency specification can be safely changed to IO::Socket::SSL.
